Do I need to supply any cleaning equipment or products?
No. Our team brings all required cleaning products and equipment. If you have preferences or would like us to use your own products, just let us know in advance.
Are your cleaners insured and police checked?
Yes. All our staff are fully insured, police checked, and reference verified to ensure your safety and peace of mind.
Can I have the same cleaner every time?
We always aim to send the same cleaner for regular bookings. We understand the importance of consistency, especially for aged care and NDIS clients.
Do you offer NDIS cleaning services?
Yes, we do. We provide domestic cleaning support for both self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. Invoicing can be arranged directly with your plan manager or coordinator.
Do you clean for aged care clients?
Absolutely. We regularly assist elderly clients—privately or through Home Care Packages—with reliable, respectful, and gentle cleaning support.
What does a regular house clean include?
A typical regular clean covers:
- Floors (vacuuming and mopping)
- Bathrooms and toilets
- Kitchens (benchtops, stovetops, sinks)
- Dusting and surface wipes
- General tidying

Can I book a one-off clean or spring clean?
Yes. We offer one-off deep cleans, spring cleans, end-of-lease cleans, and pre-sale property cleaning. Let us know your timing and specific requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, credit card, and direct invoicing (for NDIS and aged care providers).
Do you offer carpet or tile cleaning?
Yes. Through our partnership with Chem-Dry Professionals SA, we can refer you for:
- Carpet & rug cleaning
- Tile & grout cleaning
- Upholstery & mattress cleaning
- Stain and odour removal
These services are delivered independently by Chem-Dry and use safe, fast-drying, eco-friendly products.
Can you do gutter cleaning or garden tidy-ups?
Yes, we offer:
- Gutter cleaning
- Minor gardening and yard tidy-ups
These are available by request and can be booked alongside regular services.
